About Me

I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at National University of Singapore (from 2023 onwards). I serve as co-academic director of the MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insights (MAI) program at NUS.

Prior to joining NUS, I was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at California State University, Fullerton (2017–2023).

I received my Ph.D. in Operations, Technology and Information Management from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University in 2017. I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Seoul National University with highest honours.
